The Principal Office of the Fund is situated at Suite 205A, Saffrey Square, Bay Street, P.O. Box N-9934 Nassau, The Bahamas. The Fund is registered as an Investment Fund under the Investment Funds Act, 2019. The Administrator, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Fund are Sterling (Bahamas) Limited, Suite 205A, Saffrey Square, Bay Street, P.O. Box N-9934 Nassau, The Bahamas (https://sterling-bahamas.com/). The courts of The Bahamas have exclusive jurisdiction in regard to any disputes that may arise in the operation, management, administration, or overall conduct of the Fund.

OUR TEAM
ALAN COLE

Mr Cole is a British Chartered Accountant and permanent resident of The Bahamas. He has over 30 years senior level experience gained in the financial services industry in both London and The Bahamas. From 1990 to 2001 he was Executive Director of Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited. He left Ansbacher to found Sterling Group. In addition to being the Managing Director of Sterling, Mr Cole is a director of banks in The Bahamas and a range of investment funds. He is licensed by The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants as a public accountant. He is also a director of Sovereign (Bahamas) Limited, one of the Sovereign group of companies.
